Responding to changes in the federal requirements for the mortgage industry, Sandra recognized that the 4506 transcript service already offered through Private Eyes should be offered as primary service line with technology dedicated to addressing the federal requirements.

Currently, 4506-Transcripts.com is being certified through the Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) National Council. (Private Eyes has been WBE certified since 2002.)
